Shipping, Delivery & Self Collection

All orders will be dispatched within 7 business days* from our warehouse in Singapore. All orders placed and confirmed by 0800 hours will be processed on the same day. Orders placed and confirmed after 1300 hours on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and on Public Holidays in Singapore will be processed on the next business day.

*Business days refer to Monday to Friday, and do not include Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.



A delivery charge of SGD 8 will be applied to all orders below SGD 50.

We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between 0900 hours to 1600 hours.

Below are a list of local areas Gardens Shop does not deliver to:

Airbase Sites, Army Camps, Changi Cargo, Changi International Airport Services, Country Clubs, Jurong Island, Off-shore Islands (eg. Pulau Ubin), Powergrid, Sentosa Island, SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1, Seletar Aerospace, Singapore Prison Quarters, Shipyards, ST Kinetics, Tuas Link, Turf Club Avenue.

All Items must be shipped to a physical address. We do not ship to PO boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses. 

Gardens Shop only delivers to one address per order. Any address redirection will incur an additional re-routing delivery fee. The customer is solely responsible for delivery to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address.



Gardens Shop uses global trusted and reliable courier services and transportation companies for international shipping. To find out how much shipping will cost, go to the Checkout Page and type in your shipping address. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

All foreign taxes and duties that may be imposed by Customs and any extra fees including VAT and etc. that may be incurred in the country of destination are not included in the delivery charges. The recipient is responsible for all taxes and duties incurred.

In the event the recipient refuse to pay any duties and taxes charged by Customs in the destination country, we will be unable to cancel the order or provide a refund, nor are we able to cover the cost of the taxes to receive your package. Any expenses associated with the re-delivery of the order will also be borne by the recipient.

To ensure smooth Customs Clearance on international orders, please ensure that your Full Name matches that on your National Identity Card. For further assistance or information, please contact your local customs office.

All self-collection orders will have to be collected within 7 working days or the order will be considered fulfilled and closed. Should a refund be processed, a 10% cancellation fee will be imposed to cover extra charges incurred on the order.
