Returns & Exchanges
We take great care to ensure that we deliver top quality products and service to our customers, and we assure you that every precaution is made to ensure that you receive your purchases in good condition.
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order if you receive a defective or incorrect item.
The request for an exchange is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item received is incorrect, defective or damaged.
- Any returned item must be in its original condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
- All packaging must be unmarked and not damaged in any manner.
- Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items are not available for exchange unless stated otherwise.
We advise you to check your items upon delivery before you sign for them. If there are any issues with the orders, do notify our delivery personnel immediately and drop us an email at email@example.com.
All returns are subject to review by the Gardens Shop Online, and we reserve the right to handle a return by either replacing the product with a new item of the same design/model or by giving a full refund.
