Returns & Exchanges

We take great care to ensure we deliver top quality products and service to our customers and we assure you that every precaution is taken to ensure that you receive your purchases in good condition.

However, in the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. A customer can exchange an item, subject to the following terms and conditions:

-         Item received is incorrect, defective or damaged.

-         Items must be returned in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and containers, with warranty cards, manuals, and all other accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not damaged in any manner.

-         Items must be returned with all tags and labels intact.

-          This Returns policy is not applicable to items that have been sold as non-exchangeable and non-refundable products

-         We advise you to check your items upon delivery before you sign for them. If there are any issues with the orders, do notify our delivery personnel immediately and drop us an email at info@botanicgardensshop.sg” 

All returns are subject to review by the Gardens Shop Online and we reserve the right to handle a return by either replacing the product with a new item of the same design/model or by giving a full refund.
